Bridge farm Livery Yard opened in 2006 and has since become a well established DIY yard in East Suffolk. Based at Wickham Market adjacent to the River Deben in an area of natural beauty. The livery yard is set within the grounds of Bridge Farm and is owned by Guy Hayward.
There is plenty of grazing available and the horses are divided up between mares and geldings. All year turn out is available.
We also hire out cross-country jumps, show jumps and ménage. Group bookings are available. Please contact us for details.
Facilities
The Livery Yard provides the following facilities (all included in the price):
- 21 stables.
- Automated water drinkers in field.
- Poo Picking/harrowing done by Yard Owner.
- Hay and straw supplied.
- Fully secure tack room.
- Individual feed/storage bays.
- Tea room.
- Toilets.
- Hot/cold horse wash with heaters.
- Cross country course.
- Stables under one room on concrete under well lit well ventilated building.
- 24 hour access.
DIY Livery prices are currently £150 per horse per month. Payable monthly in advance.
Hay straw and haylage are sold separately.
